Manage and maintain the open spaces on the development

What would you say are the main responsibilities of the team?

To ensure the development is maintained to the high standard, carrying out maintenance duties from grass cutting to litter picking.

Why is it important to have a team like yours at Priors Hall Park?

Our team is here to provide a personal and professional service, working with the residential community in order to ensure that their voiced requirements and aspirations are met in line with the Management Company’s ethos.


What are the key things that your team has done around the development that we can see today?

The Management Company has planted 500 established trees and 4000 small whipped hedging plants across the development. We have also sewn 10,000sqm of grass seed and fertilizer.

What are the future plans for the landscaping around Priors Hall Park / is there anything residents or visitors should look out for over the next few months?

The completion of the amphitheatre is something that the company continues to push on with and the final touches are all that is needed now.

Work on the serpentine should commence within the next month, the area located on the Weldon Lakes will be a landscaped to a very high specification providing spiral hedgerows and hilly undulations with shrub beds and flowering bulbs all set out on a 6000sqm grassed area.
